Tour of Pond Hill Farm, Harbor Springs. Pond Hill Farm is celebrated in Northern Michigan for the beauty of their land, and quality of their meats, vegetables and preserved goods. Sharon and Jimmy create gorgeous displays and share their knowledge of food growing and preparation in the north country.

11:30 am     You may be 2 Busy 2 Cook, but never 2 Busy 2 Shop!  Lunch at Cornichon's european bistro with local products, then enjoy shopping at the fabulous stores and boutiques of historic downtown Harbor Springs.
2:00 pm

Relax and enjoy a siesta - to be used for shopping or rest.

4:00 pm  

Cooking Class, Stafford's Bay View Inn, Bay View.  Class with Ken Willoughby, Executive Chef, University of Michigan BioStation, or Mike Everts, natural foods chef.  Relax and regroup with tasty treats and wine.
