This stop is a delight for guests who care about sustainable construction. We visit a charming re-built mill in the historic mill town of Milledgeville. Roger and Bonnie Bork have collected and repaired mill equipment from all over the Midwest, built a barn of reclaimed wood next to their house, and are happily testing, tasting, and bring flours and mixes to market. Roger demonstrates the stone-grinding techniques of yesteryear, and talks about whole grains and health. We sample products under development: muffins and more!

Available for sale: Stone ground whole flours, plus mixes for fish batter, muffins, pancakes; wood products, honey, gift baskets with the fabulous blueberry muffin mix.
